How verification works
Every profile is checked before it appears in the directory. Verification is the one thing on a profile that we confirm ourselves — it is how brands know that the account behind a profile really belongs to you.
When it starts
The Submit for verification button unlocks once your profile has a country, at least one niche, at least one offering on your rate card and your follower count — the "To be published" list on your profile shows what is left. Submitting sends your profile to our team. Until then it stays a private draft that no one else can see.
How we confirm the account is yours
A member of our team sends you a 6-digit code by Instagram direct message, from Asar's Instagram account. Reply with that code from your own Instagram account — the one on your profile. That reply is how we confirm the account is yours: no other channel is used for this. The message may arrive in your Instagram message requests.
Check that the handle on your profile is exactly your Instagram username, without the @. That is the account the code is sent to, and the account your reply must come from.
While you wait
Your profile shows as In review. You can keep editing your profile, audience figures and rates in the meantime — nothing is published until the check is done.
Once your account is confirmed
Your profile is published in the directory straight away, with a Verified badge. Brands can then find it and see your rates.
Keep your account safe
We will never ask for your Instagram password, for a login code sent to you by Instagram, or for any payment to verify your profile. A message that asks for any of these is not from us.
