Deleting your data

Last updated

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal information associated with it. This page explains how, and what happens afterwards.

How to request deletion

Send a request from the email address associated with your account to ahmedzekri143@gmail.com, with "Delete my account" as the subject.

We ask you to write from the account email address so that we can confirm the request is genuinely yours. If you cannot, tell us and we will find another way to verify it.

We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials.

Your profile, including your biography, photo, content categories, location, the audience figures you entered, and your rate card.

Your Instagram connection, including the stored account identifier and verification record.

For brand accounts, your organisation profile and contact details.

What may remain

Booking requests involve two parties. Where a request exists between you and someone else, we may keep a record of it in a form that no longer identifies you, so that the other party's history stays intact.

We keep a record of the moderation actions taken on accounts, with nothing in it that identifies you, and we may retain records where law or accounting rules require it.

Search engines may hold cached copies of a public profile page for some time after deletion. That is outside our control, though the page itself will no longer be served.

Disconnecting Instagram without deleting your account

If you only want to remove the Instagram connection, write to us at ahmedzekri143@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We remove the stored account identifier and the verified badge, and your profile remains otherwise intact.
